It started on The Letsinger's own wedding day in Montgomery TX. The unfortunate story of many brides. A photographic disaster.
An inattentive photographer, oblivious to the destruction they ensued... Placing the couple in compromising situations, shattering expectations of the day, making the bride seen by the guests before the ceremony in a moment that should have been private, bluntly telling the groom no when he wanted to do something goofy, interrupting the maid of honor speech, making things all about...her. And the second shooter they paid for? None of her photos were ever delivered to the Letsingers. This was the photography experience of the Letsingers at their own wedding.

The Letsingers were the first of many of their friends to get married. They didn't know how weddings were supposed to go. Braiden had only picked up a camera for the first time that same year. He didn't know what should or shouldn't have been from the photographer. But after this disaster... The Letsingers made it their own "vindictive" mission that no bride they encounter ever need go through the same experience they did. That every bride walk away from their wedding day feeling seen, heard, and eagerly anticipating their photos/video from someone they now consider a honest genuine friend. Having been provided the best possible experience from a photographer and/or videographer on their wedding day.
